🔹 How do I order?

Select the products that you'd like to order and enter your wording the in personalisation box, then complete checkout.
 
🔹 How much are your lanyards? Or can I get a quote?
All prices and options are on the website, and there are a few different variations that will alter the price, so please visit the website for all pricing. Bulk order prices are listed further down on this info page.
 
🔹 How long will my order take?
Please allow 3 weeks to make, plus Aust Post time. A 'Current Order Make Time' banner is displayed at the top of the website page. You can check the estimated post time on the Aust Post website by entering yours and my postcodes, mine is 4670. Depending on my our order load we may be able to offer Priority Service which gets your order made within 3 business days for $9 per order, please note this is not always available.
 
🔹 Can I order just 1 lanyard?
Yes, there is no minimum order amount.
 
🔹 Can all my lanyards have different writing?
Yes, simply enter each lanyard individually with its text, or if ordering multiples press enter for a new line of text for the next lanyard in the personalisation box.
 
🔹 How much writing will fit on my lanyard?
The lanyard price includes up to 5 words (max 15cm) on one front side only, any text on the other side, or longer text, will be an extra charge and can be added to your order here - https://thelanyardlady.com.au/products/extra-personalisation
 
🔹 Can I get wording on the other/opposite side of my lanyard? Or different coloured wording?
Yes, we can do wording on both front left and right sides of the lanyard for an additional cost, all the details are here - https://thelanyardlady.com.au/products/extra-personalisation
We don't generally do wording on the back sides of the lanyards as its not visable, however if you require this please contact us.
 
🔹 Can I have a ship icon on my lanyard?
Yes, when ordering put "(ship)" in the personalisation box with your wording, in the position that you'd like it. This counts as one 'word' in your included wording. If you are wanting another type of icon, please message me to discuss, extra charges will apply for design time.
 
🔹What wording should I put on my lanyard?
Generally, anything you like, most people will but wording related to an event like ‘Jo’s Birthday Cruise’. Please note that there are some names and phrases that may be copyrighted that we are unable to print. And the included wording is up to 5 words (up to 15cm) on one front side (additonal wording is extra)
 
🔹 Can my lanyard be made to a particular length?
Yes, please message me to discuss, extra charges will apply.
 
🔹 Do you do bulk order discounts?
Yes, orders of 30 or more identical lanyards get a discount. 30+ lanyards are $8.50ea, 40+ lanyards are $7.50ea, 50+ lanyards are $6.50ea, Greater discounts are available for larger quantities. Bulk orders take up to 6 weeks to make.
 
🔹 Do you do custom design orders?
Yes, just contact me and we will work together to get you your design.
 
🔹 Do you have a store front or collection point?
No, The Lanyard Lady is a home based business so all orders are posted.
 
🔹 What are your postage options?
If you are ordering 4 or more lanyards please select express post as they will not fit in the smaller size parcel. Postage options are Express Post for $12.20 for 4 or more lanyards, or Standard Post for $3 for 1-3 lanyards only.
 
🔹 What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and Credit Card payments are available via the website only. If you require bank deposit please contact me for details.
 
🔹 What are your hours?
The Lanyard Lady's hours are 9am - 3pm Mon to Fri. We also close over the Christmas and New Year period.

🔹 How can I contact you?
Via Facebook messenger on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/thelanyardladyaus , or the contact form here on the website. I can usually reply to any emails or messages within 3 business days.

🔹 Does your website close over Christmas?
Yes, the website closes for orders over the Christmas period, and also on the odd occasion through the year. Closure dates will be shown on the announcement bar at the top of the page and also on our Facebook and Instagram pages. You will still be able to browse our products but you wont be able to check out or complete your purchase until we re-open.
